With a degree in Fashion Design and over 25 years of experience in the Miami garment industry, I’ve had the privilege of working hands-on as a fashion designer and textile buyer — particularly with panels and border prints. Mentored by top professionals in the field, I developed a deep appreciation for the art and strategy behind fabric selection and surface design.
Textile design was always a quiet passion, waiting in the wings. In 2005, I returned to school to study graphic arts and later trained with Pattern Observer’s Textile Design Lab (2016–2021), building skills in both vector and raster file creation, and mastering repeat patterns.
As a lifelong quilter, I’m most inspired by color and texture pairings — and more recently, I've been exploring hand-made collage as a medium. My goal is to create fresh, distinctive designs that bring something new to the textile space.
